All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse network.

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days — FREE on orders over £35
• Netherlands: 3–7 business days — FREE on orders over €35
• Rest of EU: 5–9 business days

Orders under the free-shipping threshold: flat rate £3.95 / €4.95.

You will receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours of placing your order.

Returns & refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy in line with EU and UK consumer law. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you return instructions.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
• Refunds go back to your original payment method

Email us a photo at support@runwithpaw.com and we'll send a free replacement — no need to return the original.
